Excercising

I’ve been doing excercises but I just didn’t log them anymore. Why? Cuz I stopped running. No more pretty pics. I am doing light weight lifting on trying to tone up my fat. LOL. I still do badminton every friday as well. My badminton friend asked me to do a tournament challenge with her too. I’ve said YES! Count me IN!! Tournament date is 8/18 Saturday! I’ll see how I can cope with her and kick some asses! Probably get mine kicked instead.

Day 25 - 7/04/12: WooHoo! Did my exercise for the day! One of my badminton buddy called me last nite to do badminton today. I’m glad of that. It was a nice sunny day too. Very productive games for the 1st hour. I played for 1.5 hours. Sweat was dripping a lot. Happy Independence day!

Day 24 - 7/03/12:  Trying out the watercolor feature. Not too bad. Well, tmr is Independence day! Yay! No work and relax my ass off. Well, I’m off to Fresh Choice buffet - some fattening salad buffet!! C ya!

Day 23 - 7/01/12: Dang, looking at the dates, I’ve been slacking off so much. I really need to get back on track QUICK. I know I always will have tons of excuses to why this slacking is happening. I don’t even think I should list it out. But I do have my reasons…lol. Ok, I gotta really and seriously run every other day. Just hoping my knee will cooperate with me.

Day 21 - 6/22/12: Badminton for 2 hours. Had good games until this spoiled dude being a brat and can’t deal with his partner who is also his gf, made lil mistakes. We were playing mixed doubles. He was obligated to cover more than her gf. I am NOT going to play with this guy ANYMORE. He’s just too much of a party pooper!!! Hate guys who are not gentleman enough.
Day 22 - 6/24/12: Ran a lil only. I almost forgot to post this log. It was funny how the hair on my arm was standing up. So I took the pic.

Day 20 - 6/18/12: I did ran on Monday but forgot to put this in my log. OMG, summer is here! Makes running so hard to maintain. Cuz of the heat….my ran SUCKED big time! I missed the winter where my body steams up after a strenuous run….almost thought I have super powers!!! LOL. Hopefully, Tmr’s run will be better! I really really need to get back on track…..I’ve been answering to my cravings like a fat ass lately……uuugghhh!

Day 19 - 6/11/12: How cud I have forgotten my exercise…NO way! Well, here’s my recording for the nite. I came home late where I didn’t have enough time to do a longer run. That’s it for tonite.

Day 18 - 6/09/12: I am getting to hate noon runnings. Its getting hot and stuff… My knees are beginning to sore. So I have to stop at this point. K, I really want to run tonite tho…hope my dinner wont last that late for tonite. See u again!

Day 17 - 6/07/12: I’m running today!!!  ONLY cuz my peers are going to feed me super yummy DONUTS!!  And I plan to take TWO!!!! YAY!!!

Day 16 - 6/06/12: Running more difficult inclines today. But got paused by an unavoidable important incoming interference (a phone call from far away. Kee kee). I will continue to put in better results and steady spread of workout days.

Day 14 - 6/01/12: Badminton, this nite is not that productive….even I did played for hours. Grrrr….!! I was bitter most of the time. Damn…..

Day 15 - 6/04/12: Man, slowing down, will need to pick the speed back up again. Three essential things I need in order to make it thru my goal - h2o, the machine and ME!

Day 13 - 5/30/12: Finally back on the track of the treadmill. Had a slow start and a short one today due to meeting up with friends. Result is on the display. Whoa! 5 days of no running!! No wonder i felt sooo awful!  Well, Something is better than nothing!
